RETURN POLICY

RETURN PERIOD

30-Day Return: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the shipping date.

Condition for Return: Products must be unopened, unused, and undamaged. The original receipt is required.

Discretionary Approval: All returns and exchanges are subject to our discretion.

RESTOCKING FEE

15% Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for all returned items, except in cases of our error.

PACKAGING FOR RETURN

Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to adequately package the product for return to prevent damage during transit.

Packaging Guidelines: Use the original packaging if available. If not, use a sturdy box with sufficient padding material like bubble wrap or foam.

Non-Responsibility Clause: We are not responsible for damage incurred during transit due to inadequate packaging by the customer.

SHIPPING LABELS

Customer-Provided Labels: Customers are responsible for creating their own return shipping labels. Please ensure that the label is properly affixed and legible.

FINAL SALE & CLEARANCE ITEMS

No Returns on Final Sale/Clearance Items: All final sale and clearance items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

RETURN ABUSE PREVENTION

Inspection of Returns: All returned products are thoroughly inspected upon receipt. If we determine that a returned item has been used or tampered with, the return will be denied, and no refund will be issued.

Customer Responsibility: In the event that a return is denied due to policy violations, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to have the product returned to them.
